Our Shipping Policy for Premium Vintage Watches

At whiteapplezzzzz, our shipping policy is designed around one principle: your timepiece arrives safely, quickly, and in exactly the condition it left us. Every order is processed by our UK-based team and dispatched using specialist couriers with extensive experience handling high-value watches and jewellery.

All shipments — domestic and international — are fully insured to the declared purchase value of the watch from the moment of collection to confirmed delivery. You will never be left unprotected during transit.

Order Processing

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Our order processing follows a thorough pre-dispatch inspection to ensure every watch matches its listing description exactly. This is part of our commitment to quality — not a delay.

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends or UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information immediately upon collection by our courier
• For higher-value timepieces, an additional verification check of up to one working day may apply — you will be notified if this affects your order

UK Delivery

UK Delivery Options & Shipping Times

All UK domestic orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent fully tracked, insured, and signed-for courier service. We do not use untracked or uninsured methods for any watch shipment.

Free UK shipping is included automatically on all orders over £500. Orders below this threshold are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery (fully tracked and insured) for £6.99.

International Delivery

Worldwide Shipping & International Delivery Policy

We offer worldwide shipping to over 200 countries. International orders are dispatched via tracked, insured, and signed-for international courier services. All shipments are insured to full purchase value and covered by our transit protection guarantee.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. We are legally required to declare the full and accurate value of all shipments on customs documentation — we are unable to understate declared values under any circumstances.

If you are uncertain about import charges applicable in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority prior to placing your order.

Tracking & Insurance

Tracking Information & Transit Protection

Your tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of dispatch. You can monitor your shipment in real time via the courier's portal using the reference provided.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, you are fully covered to the purchase value of the watch. To make a transit claim, you must notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for coverage under the courier's insurance terms.

If a delivery attempt was made but you were unavailable, follow the redelivery instructions in your notification card or email. Most couriers hold parcels at a local depot or pickup point for 7 days before returning to sender. Please contact us immediately if your parcel is returned — we will arrange redelivery at no additional cost.
